Research

Confronted with persistent social inequities that are rendered more complex by digitalisation, my research develops two lines of inquiry to understand discrimination in contemporary digital societies: the behavioural expression of bias in artificial intelligence, and the queering and decolonising of quantitative research methods.

My current field of study builds on my cross-disciplinary background in social psychology, statistics, engineering, and human rights developed through research, teaching, community engagement, and policy work.
